  • The Product Delivery Manager (PDM) will handle digital product delivery at the client.
  • They have ownership of and handle the enhancements of one or more digital products (focused on the Finance, HR, and Payroll product lines) along with development of new products and enhancements within that product delivery area.
  • The PDM works closely and in partnership with business stakeholders who use the products and solutions the PDM delivers to advance the client's mission and business plan.
  • The PDM liaise with Division Leaders, Product Management, Architecture, Production Support, UI/UX designers and the Project Management Office to drive digital product enhancements and develop new digital products.
  • They are a technical leader with an understanding of business goals, business processes and solutions delivery for the products which they deliver.
  • They handle delivery of digital products and solutions that meet the business needs.
  • The products they deliver and the processes they design and deliver align with current best industry practices.
  • This person is responsible the planning and delivery execution of technology enabled business capabilities.
  • They must meet those needs within the context of all enterprise architecture and practices presented by the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). In addition, the candidate in this role must be able to multi-tasks as well as roll up their sleeves (as needed) to ensure delivery of the Product Line initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Effective conceptualization, pattern recognition and teaming skills.
  • 5+ years' experience in progressively responsible information technology solution delivery.
  • Proven functional and/ or technical experience with Financial Systems (Oracle E-Business, SAP, or equivalent)
  • Experience with database query tools such as SQL Server or equivalent.
  • Proven track record working with product managers, business analysts and stakeholders to identify and validate product features.
  • Understanding of common information architecture frameworks and information models.
  • Negotiation skills with business and technical groups.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to analyze solution needs, and determine the resources needed to achieve goals and overcome cross-functional barriers.
