Customer Success Specialist

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Success Specialist in the manufacturing industry, based in WEST MIDDLESEX, Pennsylvania. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for managing customer order status, inventory and pricing details, executing data entry tasks, and professionally addressing customer inquiries through email communications.Responsibilities: Manage and maintain customer order status, ensuring timely and accurate processing Monitor and update inventory data in the system as necessary Handle pricing information, making sure it aligns with the current market and company standards Respond to customer emails regarding order status, inventory, and pricing within the stipulated time frame Utilize CRM and Salesforce Environments to track and manage customer interactions Conduct data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail Effectively communicate with customers, providing professional and timely responses to inquiries Use various computer programs to assist customers and improve their experience Answer inbound calls when required, providing outstanding customer service Perform other related duties as required to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operation of the business. Requirements Must have at least one year of experience in a customer success or related role within the manufacturing industry Proficiency with computer programs is essential Experience with CRM software, particularly Salesforce environments, is required Ability to answer inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner Demonstrated ability to assist customers effectively and efficiently Excellent email communication and correspondence skills Experience in data entry tasks is required Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with customers Ability to handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently Must possess a proactive attitude towards helping customers.
