Job Responsibilities:Perform ELISAs, cell-based assays (infectivity, uPlaque and Foci forming, Flow cytometry) on live vaccine products, process intermediates, and related experimental samples in a high-throughput environmentAnalyze and review dataPrepare solutions and culture mediaMaintain multiple cell linesMaintain records and test results following good manufacturing practices (GMP)
