Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated In Vivo Scientist to contribute to discovery research. This position will focus on HIV research, including virus production, characterization, and support of HIV discovery efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, execution, optimization, and characterization of HIV production workflows. As well as inventory management.Conduct HIV discovery research using primary human cells (PBMCs, CD4+ T cells) and immortalized cell lines (THP-1, Jurkat, MT-4).Perform and analyze experiments utilizing multi-parameter flow cytometry (2 colors or more), RT-qPCR, PCR, ELISA, and MSD multiplex assays.Generate and characterize stable cell lines expressing proteins of interest.Support in vivo studies, including tissue collection and processing, and perform ex vivo viral RNA isolation from tissues and/or blood samples.Analyze and interpret experimental data, communicate findings, and contribute to project strategy and execution.
