Lead DeltaV Automation Engineer

Job Location: West Point PA

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide expert-level support for DeltaV controllers, I/O, and system maintenance

Oversee software change control processes for the DeltaV system

Experience with PLCs, particularly Siemens and Allen Bradley, and the ability to perform loop checks

Troubleshoot communication between PLC and DeltaV

Perform patching for antivirus and ensure system security

Setup remote access and workstations for efficient system management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address networking requirements and ensure system connectivity

Maintain and update system documentation and procedures

Provide technical support to customers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade existing control systems.

Participate in project execution and project coordination.Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 8-10 years relevant automation life science manufacturing experience

Proven experience as a DeltaV automation engineer or similar role

Prior experience with pharmaceutical cGMP regulations and practices

Strong system administration skills

In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with DeltaV hardware and software

Familiarity with Siemens and Allen Bradley PLCs

Solid understanding of network configurations and troubleshooting

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Availability for occasional overtime and off-hour support as requiredSalary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
