Install, maintain, and repair elevators, lifts, and ramps in accordance with safety regulations
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance
Provide exceptional customer service and communication while on-site
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of two years' experience as an elevator technician or similar role
Strong knowledge of elevator systems, mechanical components, and electrical systems
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical malfunctions, read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Valid driver's license and clean driving record with willingness to travel (75%)
Personal tools/safety gear to utilize at work and a smart phone
Ability to lift 70 lbs.
