PA CareerLink Lycoming County is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead our team of employment professionals. As the PA CareerLink Program Supervisor, you will be expected to maintain effective working relationships with internal and external partners at multiple organizational levels as well as exercise effective supervision of PA CareerLink staff. It will be essential to maintain knowledge of applicable workforce development laws and policies and develop and implement programmatic and administrative solutions. Duties will include planning, analyzing, developing, implementing, and maintaining services related to programs funded by WIOA, including Wagner-Peyser, veterans', Trade, and other legislation. You will have the opportunity to develop and provide staff training and promote PA CareerLink services to both job seekers and employers.Interested in learning more? Full-time employment.

Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.

Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Williamsport.

Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

Five years of public contact work which involved interviewing the public to obtain, provide and evaluate information concerning employment or employability; or

One year of public contact work which involved interviewing the public to obtain, provide and evaluate information concerning employment or employability, and bachelors' degree; or

Any equivalent combination of experience and training that included one year of public contact work which involved interviewing the public to obtain, provide and evaluate information concerning employment or employability.Other Requirements:
