Bastress Winery & Mountain Top Distillery are hiring a Line Cook for the Summer/Fall 2019 season. This position would be responsible for executing and prepping our pub menu.
Applicants who apply must have weekend availability. Thursday/Friday availability in some cases is helpful but Saturday and Sunday are a must.

Position outline:
This position is responsible for prepping food, prepping kitchen space, and preparing food for orders on our weekends and special events. We are a small business so there are times when food prep is slow and in those down times we do ask for multi-tasking of our staff â helping with dishes, garnish prep for bar, etc.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able-bodied and able to lift upwards of 50-100lbs regularly
Minimum 1 year, line cook or kitchen experience
Be able to provide two industry references
Valid PA Driverâs license and reliable transportation

Part-time, seasonal position. Base pay is $10-14/hour. Pay rate based on experience and availability.
