We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Line Manager and a Host to join our team at in Lock Haven, PA. As a key part of our restaurant's front-of-house and back-of-house operations, you will ensure that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow in the kitchen.
Responsibilities
Line Manager:
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
Manage and coordinate the line staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food.
Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and reduce waste.
Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to perform at their best.
Monitor and enforce food safety and sanitation standards.
Host:
Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly.
Manage the reservation system and accommodate walk-ins efficiently.
Coordinate with the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role (Line Manager/Host) is preferred.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of food safety regulations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
