Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Team Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of our business, including the warehouse, log yard and inventory. Candidate must have certificate to operate Fork Lift and ability to lift up to 80lbs regularly. Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels to ensure the efficient operation of our projects.
- Conduct inventory management to prevent overstocking.
- Utilize math skills to accurately manage inventory levels and process transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment to promote efficiency.
- Collaborate with the project scheduling team to achieve efficiency in picking projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Pick customer materials to prepare to for project scheduling.
- Identify, organize and maintain inventory for log home related products including wood and other maintenance materials.
- Operate and maintain Forklift and other company vehicles.
- Search for and order materials necessary for each project.
- Conduct any warehouse, yard or building maintenance, including mowing or snow removal.
Experience:
The successful candidate will have experience with a strong background in log home or wood related inventory management and ordering skills. A high school diploma is required.

- Excellent math skills to accurately manage inventory levels and process transactions.
- Experience in inventory management.
