ABT Construction is a local industry leader in the property preservation field, that provides maintenance services for vacant and foreclosed homes.
Basic duties will include (but are not limited to): Truck and trailer usage, towing trailers, landscaping, lawn care, light plumbing, light electrical work, securing of properties, janitorial services, light maintenance and handyman services, gutters and light exterior work, debris/personal item removal. Prior property preservation experience is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS
Must have a clean driving record for the past 5 years.
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Self-reliant
Must be able to follow instructions
Must be able to use a smartphone
Must be ok with working on roofs
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
