Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing the assigned campus –Culinary Services Department. Implementing the facilities’ food services program and department strategies to achieve goals assigned to the department; ensuring the department's compliance with operating policies and procedures as well as outside regulatory requirements; organizing the work and activities of the department; communicating with appropriate personnel; directly supervising assigned personnel; providing periodic reports.

Requirements:

Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in field of (Culinary, Hospitality or Dietitian).

2-3 years preferred in similar position.

Certified Dietary Manager and Serve Safe Certified.
