Express is in need of the following:
Architectural Drafter/Project Manager/Mechanical/Electrical Engineer
Project Manager
-5 years or more experience
-Bachelor of Architecture degree preferred
-Architectural license a plus, but not required
-Proactive, organized individual who is able to manage a project from schematic sketches through construction including preparing and overseeing construction documents phase services.
Drafter
-No experience required
-High school diploma with focus on architectural drafting or associates degree required at minimum
-AutoCAD or Revit experience required
-Bluebeam experience preferred
-Detail oriented and mechanical thinker
-Willingness to learn and be a team player
Mechanical/Electrical Engineer
-Bachelors degree in a relevant technical discipline such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- minimum of ten years of experience in an engineering role preparing construction documents, coordinating with other design professionals, and working with contractors during construction phases
-Professional Engineering license required
-Exercises independent judgment in evaluation, selection, and use of standard techniques, solves problems when encountered, and receives guidance on complex projects
Architect
-Bachelor of Architecture degree
-A minimum of five years of experience in an architectural role preparing construction documents, coordinating with engineering consultants, and working with contractors during construction phases
-Architectural license required
-Exercises independent judgment in evaluation, selection, and use of standard techniques, solves problems when encountered, and receives guidance on complex projects
