We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Full-Time LPN to assume the position of our Director of Nursing - Assisted Living/Personal Care. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive health services to residents, conducting staff education, and implementing rigorous procedures to ensure optimal care. This position requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Essential DutiesPlan, assign and direct the workflow for our Wellness Manager, staff and volunteers. Provide training, review procedures and provide input for performance evaluations.Act as Manager on Duty as scheduled.Complete an initial pre-screening of all residents to determine the appropriate level of care and specific needs. Conduct meet and greet sessions with all new residents. Develop, implement and update DME and RASP documents per state regulations. Continuously monitor and assess the condition of all residents.Oversee and maintain stringent medication management protocols to ensure resident safety and regulatory compliance.Effectively communicate with health care providers, community agencies and families. Work to develop and maintain appropriate professional relationships.Perform other duties as assigned.
