We provide scalable solutions for cloud connectivity, edge intelligence and asset management, industrial Ethernet switches and industry leading panel meters and operator panels, to make it easy for companies to gain real-time data visibility that drives productivity.Position SummaryReporting to the Maintenance and Facility Manager, the Janitorial Maintenance individual is responsible for keeping the interior and exterior areas of buildings, grounds, and vehicles clean and orderly.Essential Job Functions

Cleans hallways, restrooms, lobbies, corridors, stairways, rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, draperies, and equipment.

Cleans and replenishes bathroom facilities.

Disposes of refuge and places it in exterior containers.

Dusts, washes, and polishes metalwork, furniture, walls, ceiling, vents, windows, door panels and sills in addition to keeping the cleaning tools clean.

Empties and maintains butt disposal containers around the exterior of the building.

Monitors the level of supplies for performing said duties and notify supervisor in a timely fashion, so supplies are not depleted.

Will be required to participate in minor and routine maintenance activities throughout the facility to include unclogging toilets and sinks, moving furniture, touching up paint, replacing ceiling tile and moving carts.

Examines doors, windows, and gates to determine that they are secure.

May also be required to assist with ground keeping and snow removal.

Follows safety protocols at all times.

All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Must have basic communication skills to comprehend memos, simple instructions, and short correspondences.

Valid Driver's License preferred

Tools and Equipment Necessary

Basic hand tools, plungers, paint brushes and ladders.

Working Conditions

Must be able to stand or walk continuously for entirety of shift.

Must be able to use hands and arms to handle items and reach for things for the entire shift.

Must be comfortable to climb, balance, crouch or crawl for majority of shift.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
