We're searching for skilled line cooks, we offer competitive wages, 2 back to back days off per week and a great work environment. Applicant should have experience with grill and saute' stations, creative plating skills, basic knowledge of food safety, good time management and organization and a willingness to learn and grow in a fine dining farm to table restaurant. Creativity and menu ideas are part of the job, you'll be working directly with the chef and we function as a team to build our menu with our local farmers, including our own 26 acre farm providing 90% of our seasonal produce.
