I'm looking for a full time experienced maintenance person to split time between two small apartment complexes, one in Gettysburg, and one in New Oxford. Experience in painting, cleaning, plumbing, minor HVAC and electrical helpful. Must be reliable, responsible, and motivated to work. Must have own basic tools.
