Help Wanted: Cleaning Person for Rental Property Move-Outs
Seeking a reliable, detail-oriented cleaning person to handle move-out cleanings for rental properties. This is an as-needed position with flexible scheduling (one every other month or three in one month). You will be responsible for deep cleaning empty units between tenants to ensure they are move-in ready.
Most properties are located in York City, all are located with in 4 miles of downtown York.
Duties include:
- Cleaning kitchens (appliances, cabinets, counters)
- Cleaning bathrooms (toilets, sinks, showers)
- Dusting and wiping down surfaces
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Window cleaning
- Setting trash at trash cans
Requirements:
- Experience in cleaning residential properties is preferred.
- Must have your own cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Reliable transportation to get to various properties in York.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills.
Pay: Competitive.
