Full time and part time lawn care/landscape laborers wanted for York-based company. Must have a valid drivers license AND reliable transportation to & from work. Must also obtain a DOT physical and pass a drug test.
We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated and have attention to detail. Two years experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidates. Must be able to run a zero turn mower, push mower, trimmer, small gas powered tools, and small hand tools. Candidates must also have the ability to lift 50 lbs as well as working in all weather conditions. Must be able to work 40-50 hour weeks and weekend work as needed with paid overtime.
Tasks also include trimming seasonally, mulching, mowing, planting trees/bushes, general landscape labor, weeding and snow removal. Experience running a snow blower, skid loader, backhoe, and pulling a trailer is a plus.
Starting rates are $12-$18 per hour, depending on experience. We offer a retirement plan, however, we do not offer health insurance but are willing to help offset the cost as done with other employees.
