Sorter Highlights:
* â$12.85/hour
* Sunday - Friday
* 5:00 pm â 12:00 am shift
* Conveniently located near Highway 76 in York, PA
Sorter Job Description:
* Sort incoming packages and prepare for delivery by either gaylord, sack setup or pallet stacking by using an RF Scanner
* Stack packages on feed conveyor to ensure continual flow
* Induct packages into the system and identify any special handling needed
Sorter Requirements:
* Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. with or without accommodations
* Must be able to walk, stand, stoop, and bend 80% of the time with or without accommodation
* Must have a basic understanding of English to be able to follow safety and other operational directions
* Ability to work overtime which may include weekends, holidays and or a different shift with little or no advance notice
* Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check
* Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
* Sharp attention to details
* Team oriented
