Aaron Enterprises is a specialty underground construction company located in York Pennsylvania
We are seeking experienced Laborers to join our TEAM.
A Laborer is responsible for performing various tasks to aid daily operations at a construction site.
Key Responsibilities:
Being able to perform strenuous manual labor outdoors, in all normal temperature ranges and weather conditions (rain, sun,
snow, wind, etc.)
Experienced with tool usage such as hammers, wrenches, shovels, pry bars chain saws etc.
Ability to traverse uneven terrain with varying elevation differences.
Work near and around heavy construction equipment as well as large material objects.
Work in enclosed spaces, cylindrical casing and excavation pits
Ability to read labels, safety warnings, and guidelines.
Attentive to detail and alert always to ensure safety
Able to receive and follow instructions and communicate with co-workers
Ability to work overtime, night shift and weekends as business conditions require
Qualified candidates must have
Prior experience in construction helpful but not required.
Prior welding experience is a plus. If there is no experience, willingness to learn the welding trade.
The job requires being on your feet for extended periods and performing strenuous physical tasks.
Ability to travel to construction sites within the region, NY, PA, NJ, WV, TN, MI VA MA as required. Overnight stays more than
75% of the time.
