We are looking for a reliable and experienced maintenance technician for a 110 unit property. Must have working knowledge of HVAC systems and general plumbing and electrical issues, as well as basic repair skills. Cleaning apartments during turnovers may be expected.
On-call emergency work NOT required.

Pay range $24 to $28 an hour
Work hours Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5pm.
