Local manufacturing company in Red Lion is seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Quality Inspector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting products for quality assurance, monitoring the production process, and assisting with maintenance and troubleshooting of quality and inspection duties to optimize efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: Inspecting of products at various stages of production to ensure they meet quality standards; Use precision measuring tools and equipment; Document inspection results; Conduct final inspections prior to shipping; Set-up and operate press machinery according to specifications and job orders and other duties as assigned. Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in press operation, quality inspection or a related field within a manufacturing environment. Must have a high school diploma or GED. Must have strong attention to detail. Must have proficiency in using precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers and gauges. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. Must be able to sit/stand for extended periods of time and perform repetitive tasks. This position involves working 10-hour shifts. The hours are Monday - Thursday from 6:00am - 4:00pm.
