You'd be assisting one of two adult males (with IDD) with daily living. Such as Showering, preparing simple meals, taking them into the community, and helping them reach certain goals so they can become more independent. Both individuals have aggressive (sometimes physical) behaviors. However, these behaviors are fairly rare and usually they are very friendly and fun to work with. They both love to joke around with their staff and enjoy going into the community to walk, shop, eat, and find fun activities.
Position is Full time with part time potentially available as there are more hours available within Focus, working with other individuals and possibly extra hours with the individuals above. Working 30 hours or more with Focus qualifies you for benefits.
Urgently Looking for 1pm-8pm Monday-Friday permanent hours.
Also looking for availability on Saturdays for the following shifts: 6am-1PM and 1Pm-8PM.
