DH2 Chauffeured Transportation is seeking a skilled, dependable and reliable Customer Service Rep with Administrative Assistant and some Bookkeeping skills. We are a growing Women Owned, MWBE Certified Company that offers chauffeured transportation and is located in the JFK area in Queens. We seek for an experienced customer service rep with administrative and bookkeeping skills to assist in providing customer service/sales to our clients, provide administrative support and have experience in balancing and maintaining accurate books, managing finance requirements and human-resource administration. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position.

- Assisting in taking all incoming calls and presenting a professional and pleasant demeanor to the client. All calls will be answered with the company guidelines, including using the company greeting and answering the phone in a timely manner
- Good communication skills
- Responsible for processing credit cards/ closing and posting of company reports
- Responsible for On Boarding new team members.
- Be the liaison between the company and our affiliates as well as accounts payable/receivables
- Assist with Invoicing and keeping track of payments
- Processing payroll internally
- Maintaining Monthly Bank Statement, inputting into QBs and working closely with CPA
- Work in conjunction with the external CPA firm to complete audits and tax forms as necessary
- Responsible for tracking company fuel statement, payroll, ez pass and other reporting
