I am looking for a sharp, organized, punctual, and aggressive agent to fill rental properties on a regular basis. The position is concise, simple, and rewarding.
Duties:
- Initial visual inspections of rental property, placing signs, assess conditions, and coordinating cleaning if needed
- Place ads, respond to voice mails and emails, and schedule an appointment for viewings
- Aggressive collection of application fees, deposits, and first month’s rent on the first contact with a potential tenant
- Willingness to learn and follow a proven procedure to filling properties
- Willingness to up sell to additional services and always smile!
- Preparing a lease between the homeowner and the tenant and getting signatures
You must have a valid Pennsylvania Salesperson license and reliable transportation for this position. You do not need to move your license to my company. You'll be starting out with a few properties to fill and gradually build your volume as you learn the process. You will be paid a % of the first month’s rent on the properties you fill.
If this works out well for both of us, you will have the opportunity to fill some of the properties that are on a “Rent-to-Own” Basis.
