Were looking for an outside sales rep who is energetic and has a proven record of sales. We have been in business since 1988 and have over 500,000 happy customers. We are looking for a motivated person who is good with customers and can speak clearly. Leads are provided in most cases, however promoting our brand is completed by everyone.
Responsibilities
Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers in a manner they can understand.
Help the customer to understand where their problem is and what can be
done to fix it.
Maintain positive business and customer relationships
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Communicate with all team members and customers.
Coordinate sales effort with foreman.
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
The ability to build productive business relationships with both customers and crew members.
Proficient communication and negotiation skills (We provide a script you can use until you are comfortable with our sales process)
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to deliver presentations of our GutterGard system to potential customers.
You must have a valid driver’s license
Company Vehicle provided
Most leads are supplied but you are required to generate your own, by word of mouth, signs, door hangers or bulletin hangers
Most sales reps in this industry have salaries that average 60,000 to 100,000. A year. If you are motivated this job is for you and your potential could be more. Mandatory sales meetings are held 4 times a year in New Jersey or Philadelphia lasting a half a day, using company vehicle.
No experience required, we will train you.
