POSITION: Spa Aesthetician
REPORTS TO: Manager/ Medical Director
JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Must focus first and foremost on the highest standard of client care.
2. Conduct thorough skin assessments to understand client concerns and determine suitable treatments, including analyzing skin type, conditions like acne or aging, and desired outcomes.
3. Provide a range of cosmetic skin care treatments to clients in a spa setting, including facials, exfoliations, masks, extractions, facial and body waxing, while assessing individual skin needs and ensuring client comfort and satisfaction throughout the service.
4. Instruct clients on how to care for their skin.
5. Educate clients on proper skin care practices, including home care routines and product usage.
6. Work with the client to be sure the proper treatment is provided and continues until it is no longer necessary.
7. Promote spa services and retail skincare products to clients.
8. Reinforce any procedures and or treatments that may be recommended by physicians, nurses, or nurse practitioner.
9. Safely and effectively perform services in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
10. Enhance client's results as well as practice’s reputation.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Graduate of accredited Aesthetics Program
2. Current aesthetics license
