Countertop Fabrication / Installation Company - York (Dallastown)
Atlantic Custom Granite is hiring to accommodate our increasing sales volume. We are looking for hard working, organized, and punctual individuals who will work well in a small team setting.
Job Description: Install Technicians WITH or WITHOUT experience.
Core Installer Responsibilities:
Without Experience:
Apprentice and assist the lead installation technicians with countertop installs in homes and businesses throughout York and surrounding counties. (Atlantic Granite is a growing company and likes to promote from within for those individuals that have the drive to excel, show a willingness to learn and take on more responsibility.)
WITH Experience:
We want to hear from you. Pay based on experience.
Installation of countertops requires varied learned skills and a keen attention to detail. Strong arms and legs are helpful. Atlantic utilizes a range of installation techniques, unique carts and truck cranes to work smart and safe. If attention to detail is your thing and you love seeing the finished product come together after some honest work then countertop installation can be a rewarding and profitable career.
This position will flex between the installation department and the fabrication shop as demand requires.
- SHOP FABRICATION POSITION
Receive weekly stone deliveries
Quality inspect all stones before manufacturing
Load and unload stone machinery
Operate CNC machinery
Work in various machining departments: Sawing, Machining and Hand Finishing
Install Countertops in York and surrounding counties
Job Requirements:
Great work ethic, Reliable transportation, Valid Driver's License, Able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
Prompt / Reliable / Dependable, Pride in workmanship is key critical,
Prior experience with hand and power tools is helpful. Some heavy lifting. (Most lifting is completed by specialized cranes, carts and dollies.
This is a full time position, Monday through Friday Starting at 7AM to 3:30 or until the job is done. Average work week is 40 to 45 hours.
Our compensation system is based on performance. Starting rate is based on experience and work history: $17 to $25+ per hour plus benefits
