Compensation: Up to $25/hr + Paid PTO & Paid Holidays
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM (little to no overtime)
Join a small group of get-things-done team maintaining and improving a mix of office, industrial, retail, apartment, and single-family properties across York County. Every day’s different—perfect for someone who likes variety and takes pride in quality work.
What you’ll do:
Painting, drywall repair/finishing, basic framing
Light electrical & plumbing (fixture swaps, minor repairs)
Cabinet installation, flooring (LVP/laminate), trim
Basic landscaping & exterior upkeep
Turnovers, punch-lists, and small remodels
What you’ll bring:
hands-on experienceresidential or commercial maintenance / remodel
Team player “figure-it-out” mindset
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and basic hand tools
Able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work safely
Professional, on-time, and good with tenants and teammates
Pay & benefits:
Up to $25/hour based on experience
Immediate paid personal time off & paid holidays
Consistent weekday hours; minimal overtime
