Looking for a full-time property maintenance contractor who is experienced in various areas of contractor work such as painting, hanging drywall and finishing, roofing, plumbing or electrical.
The qualified candidate is a motivated, self-starter who can work well independently, in addition to working with a team as needed.
Must have a reliable vehicle (a truck or van that's suitable for this type of work) and some of your own hand tools.
Must also be reliable, trustworthy and willing to do what is needed each day.
Our work is done locally - in York or nearby surrounding areas. Hours are 7am - 3pm. Starting pay will depend on skills and qualifications.
