Established roofing and exterior remodeling group is seeking experienced and reliable siding subcontractor crew to join our team. Siding subcontractor should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, quality work, and strong work ethic. As a subcontractor you will be installing full siding jobs, as well as repairs, on residential homes.
NOT LOOKING TO PARTNER WITH OTHER ROOFING CONTRACTORS! Subcontractors only please.
Responsibilities Include:
Install several types of siding systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards. (Mastic, James Hardy, etc)
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, and ensure work is performed in compliance with current OSHA regulations and safety guidelines.
Coordinate with office staff to schedule tear off and installation, as well as any delays or updates to the project.
Requirements:
Must have general liability and workers compensation insurance.
Ability to perform additional fascia and rake work, window trim work, and gutter installation preferred, but not required.
Must own your own truck and all necessary tools and equipment for siding installations.
Must comply with current OSHA and safety regulations
Ability to operate within the south-central Pennsylvania area.
Proven experience in installing CertainTeed and/or Mastic Siding Systems as well as Fiber Cement/James Hardie Systems.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
