As a driver with Pillars Management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that students who might otherwise struggle to get to school have access to education. You will be a lifeline for students with unique needs, those experiencing homelessness, and other vulnerable children.
What You Should Know
Serious applicants only: This is not a casual position. You will be responsible for a specific group of students who rely on you every day to get to and from school.
Immediate & Future Routes: We are hiring drivers for open routes and preparing for the next semester. Even if you are not called in for an immediate route, you will be placed in our system, ready for assignment when needed.
Commitment is key: This position requires responsibility and dedication. If you aren’t fully ready for that commitment, please do not apply.
