Customer Experience Representative

You’ll help to cultivate an environment that promotes authentic employee and customer experiences and are guided by our culture and mission of adding joy. You role model the Indigo Beliefs by being authentic, seeking inspiration and knowing your audience, and you influence your customers through the stories you tell; connecting them to our brand.WHAT YOU’LL DOSupport the daily operations of the store, before or after the store closes (5AM or 10PM start time)Conduct inventory cycle counts, replenish stock, manage product returns, shelve products, and receive and process incoming store merchandiseUse merchandising standards to create a visually appealing, stimulating storeCreate a warm and welcoming environment in our storesAdd joy to our customers' livesLeverage our product to tell storiesEngage and connect with our customers on the floorCurate specific product collections for each customer you meetRole model Indigo’s High Performance CharacteristicsSeek information regarding new products, promotions and programsContribute to an environment where everyone knows their health and safety is a top priority and where everyone actively participates in ensuring the health and safety of each other and our customersTake accountability to respond to customer feedback in a timely mannerHold self and others accountableOwn self-development and provide continuous feedback to colleagues and Leadership TeamShare ideas with Leadership Team on how to improve the employee and customer experience
