In this role you will lead a team of development resources, who identify, design and deliver SAP based technology solutions to achieve defined business objectives.Successful candidate will possess knowledge of SAP applications and architecture including one or more of the following systems: SAP ECC, SAP BW and/or SAP S/4 Hana. Collaborate with BASIS team, PMO and other IT teams to provide technical design solutions & implement new systems as per requirementsAdditional ResponsibilitiesShould be able to solve technical issues and be willing to be a hands-on Subject Matter Expert.Communicate effectively with end users, identifying needs and evaluating alternative functional or technical solutions and strategies to meet their needs.Handle multiple and conflicting priorities in a professional manner, manage the operational support, enhancement and maintenance of the SAP application. Wide breadth of knowledge of Finance functions which may include AP, AR, SD and others. Knowledge of SAP best practices including development standards and version management process.Coach and mentor a team, work with staff to build and develop on their development and training plans. Participate in budgeting, capital planning processes and quality improvement activities.Required Qualifications 8-10 years of IT experience with exposure to ABAP programming, 3+ years’ experience working with other leaders, share knowledge and expertise, identify opportunities to streamline and improve the consistency of work processes, and effectively support work efforts that span multiple applications areas. 5+ years’ experience in handling multiple concurrent projects and priorities as well as the ability to handle rapid and frequent changes in priorities. 3+ years’ experience establishing and reporting on project and service level metrics. 3+ year’s leadership experience including resource planning, delegating, estimating and prioritizing work and team development. 5+ years’ experience in SAP application projects.Preferred Qualifications Experience with Agile & Waterfall software development life cycle. Experience on one or more SAP systems: SAP ECC systems, S/4 HANA, FIORI, SAP PI, Solution Manager, BOBJ, SAP BW. Knowledgeable in the interdependencies and integration points between SAP modules. Strong communication skills and ability to work individually (self-motivated) and within a team environment.EducationBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Will accept a verifiable High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of relevant work experience for every year of college not attained in addition to required years of experience.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$130,295.00 - $260,590.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
