In this role, you will provide key reporting and analysis for actuals, budget, and forecast for all Standard Gross Margin pieces. You will be responsible for understanding trends of visit types, contract reimbursement rates, and cost rates. You will be seen as a strong strategic thinker with high attention to details. This role allows you the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of Margin components within a Health Care business.You will accomplish this by:

Contributing to monthly close process in reviewing variances between actuals and forecast/budget at a visit type and clinic level for Revenue, COGS, and SGM

Tracking and reporting volume at type (CPT, category, subcategory) and clinic level

Partnering with the Field Operations teams to create clinic level forecast for volume

Analyzing insurance discounts, reimbursement trends and impact of changes in cash/contracting rates

Projecting weekly revenues for Budget & Forecast based on projected total visit volume combined with service mix & reimbursements (cash vs. commercial) at a clinic level

Supporting new Primary Care initiatives – building a model to forecast at a clinic level with new reimbursement rates

Required Qualifications

3+ years related accounting/financial experience, business planning and/or financial analysis/reporting

Exhibited excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Adept at collaboration and teamwork

Strong problem solving and analytical skill

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, or other analytics systems

Established analytical ability, strategic thinker, learn and process new information quickly

Intellectually curious, eager to gain new experiences, qualifications, and responsibilities

​EducationBachelor’s Degree with concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field required; equivalent work experience may substitute.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.
