Maintain the mechanical, ventilation, electrical, and plumbing systems and equipment to ensure they are in optimal condition to support the daily and emergency activities of the projectProvide thought leadership on all FM service delivery and act as a subject matter expert for service delivery for a total FM offerDriving service excellence through service delivery and innovation while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and sustainability activitiesPlan, develop, and manage appropriated and contract budgets and provide long-range planning and cost-saving proposalsEnsure PPMs are conducted and properly coordinatedOversee and facilitate toolbox meetings on-siteOversee the water and sewage treatment plant processes to ensure proper hygieneDirect the installation, maintenance, and repair of facility machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systemsPrepare, plan, and manage facility operations and maintenance reports and budgetsPrepare monthly expenditure forecasts for the contract managerManage unplanned maintenance for the facility as required within the shortest possible time.Follow-up on timelines to ensure periodic services such as generator and elevator servicing, facilityOversee special projects-related duties such as office construction, refurbishments, and vendor bidding processes.Execute other assignments as assigned by the Contract Manager
