You are efficient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.  WHAT YOU’LL DOReceive orders from servers and communicate them clearly to the kitchen staff, ensuring that all items are prepared according to the guest’s specifications.Inspect dishes for accuracy and presentation before they are delivered to the guests, ensuring they meet the Inn’s standards.Monitor the timing of food preparation and ensure that orders are delivered in the correct sequence and at the right time, prioritizing items that must be served together.Act as a liaison between the kitchen staff and the servers, updating them on order status, delays, or any modifications needed for specific dishes.Assist with finishing touches on dishes, such as adding garnishes or side items, ensuring the presentation is visually appealing.Ensure that special dietary requests, allergies, or modifications are communicated to the kitchen and handled properly.Quickly resolve any issues with incorrect orders or delays, working with the kitchen and serving staff to make necessary adjustments.Participate in dining room service as a server as required.Maintain a clean and organized pass, ensuring all tools and supplies are in place for smooth operations.
