You will not just serve drinks; you will be the curator of heartfelt moments, an alchemist of flavors, and the heartbeat of our social haven.Maintain good rapport with clientsCoordinate the delivery of requested equipment and beverages for meeting rooms with other departmentsOversee set up, and implementation of resort special eventsAttend all functions, managing staff for the event, overseeing smooth implementationMaintain complete knowledge of the daily scheduled group functions, times, locations, number of people; location of all Hotel function space and names of rooms; all styles of meeting and banquet room settings.Coordinate with the Event Management and Sales team on the setup of table linens, skirting, and tabletop items (water pitchers, ashtrays, glasses, and so forth) as specified by group and in accordance with departmental standards.
