Asa participant, you will help drive exceptional and efficient customerexperiences through transformative projects and initiatives, from FinTechpartnerships and digital payments to modern application environments and cloudcomputing.
Based on your skills andinterests, you will be placed in one of several tracks. Tracks include softwaredevelopment and engineering, network and systems engineering, data engineering,and testing.

CloudEngineer Track
As a memberof the Cloud Engineering team, your work will ultimately modernize the wayCitizens stores and accesses data. Working in a collaborative environment, youwill offer independent thought and engineering expertise while seizing opportunitiesfor cloud implementation.
The CloudEngineer l will be responsible for :
Helping tolead the blueprint design process; offer thought leadership and engineeringexpertise.
Supportingthe implementation of cloud-based solutions throughout the organization; serveas a cloud advocate.
Offeringcontinuous technical support to cloud-based solutions end-users andstakeholders.
Monitoringthe performance of cloud applications and solutions; analyze opportunities forimprovement.
Ensuringadherence to cybersecurity protocols throughout design process; collaboratewith cybersecurity and software engineering teams.

Within thisprogram, you’ll also have the opportunity to participate concurrently in EarlyCareer Development Programming (ECDP) a robust, 4-month program designed togive our new colleagues a strong foundation of Citizens.
Through the ECDP,you’ll experience :
2-day Orientation in downtownBoston with all bank-wide development program colleagues
Professional developmentworkshops (such as Agile Methodologies and Presence & Presentation)
Customer and client site visits
Networking opportunities withsenior leadership
Dedicated community serviceactivities
Strategic Challenge where you’llwork in small teams to solve for an organizational problem and present yourrecommendations to a panel of executives

Qualifications
Whatyou’ll need to apply
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CIS, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or other technology-related degree
Expected graduation date of May 2021
Minimum GPA 3.0
Experiencewith cloud engineering via internships or coursework, which could include : developing cloud solutions, cloud architecture, developing and implementingcloud adoption plans, and cloud application design
Cybersecurity coursework preferred
Exposureto one or more of the following preferred : VMware, vSAN, AWS, Azure, OpenStack,NSX, SDN
Demonstrated ability to operate in a team environment; strong interpersonal and communication skills
