We're always here whenever there are questions, requests, or problems. Whether by phone, email, chat, or social media, in German or English – we’re not satisfied until our customers are. Do you already have experience as a call center agent, customer service representative, or support staff? Great – then jump right in! YOUR ROLE AT SIXT Together with the support team, you are the interface between customers and chauffeurs.

 You ensure we meet our high-quality standards and that every customer is safely transported from point A to B.

 You monitor driver punctuality worldwide using our custom-developed tools and organize alternatives if necessary.

 You ensure that each booked transfer is assigned to the appropriate driver.

 You make sure that drivers and customers find each other – whether at a major airport, hotel, trade fair, company, or private residence – even when things get chaotic.
