Job DescriptionTheWorkforce and Engagement Plannerwill have accountability for proactive workforce management in our rapidly growing team, managing the team’s learning and certification efforts to ensure technical capability aligned with strategic and tactical technology roadmaps. In addition, this role will be accountable for operations and coordination responsibilities to maintain visibility and drive accountability in DT Program Execution through our monthly Operations and Program Lifecycle reviews.Responsibilities include drafting Headcount targets (planned and forecasted) based on AOP inputs for the entire function and supplying information regarding planned headcount to TA - this allows TA to determine the sourcing/recruiter needs to support the function for the year.Responsible for generating monthly and YTD actuals for the function and selected directorates on plan vs actuals related to headcount and aligning those metrics with HR and Finance.Responsible for driving the tiger team - an accelerated hiring/staffing business process for agile results weekly including reporting.Required Skills- Experience with budget planning and performance tracking/management Familiarity with information systems, networking, and program security, understanding of traditional and new/evolving skillsets Demonstrated experience communicating to key technical leadership and/or managementDesired Skills - Ability to influence, direct, and motivate professional personnel Excellent communication and presentation skills; demonstrated capability to interface directly with leadership across business functions and programs Functional Management experience Experience partnering with international employees, customers, and/or suppliers Participation on cross functional, cross business teamsUS Citizenship is required.Required Education:BS/BA Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM degree. 8 years applicable professional experience in lieu.Desired Education:MBA169003Raytheon is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
