Responsibilities:
The Travel Manager is an hourly position with possible benefits available. The position would be approximately 30 hours per week. The scheduling is mostly on Friday and Sat. Must be available for possible changes to flight and rental schedules.
Scheduling flights, hotels and rentals occur mostly on Fridays and Sat. for the next week’s work.
Receiving the schedule confirmations.
Possible flight, hotel, and rental changes throughout the week.
Researching the most efficient and cost-effective prices for the company’s benefit.
Communication with employees is most important for reaching their work destination prior to work schedule.
