Job Description:

Responsible for making outbound phone calls to customers or prospects related to obtaining a new quote or revisiting a quote where a policy was not purchased with our Auto & Home Sales Department. You may also support the need for inbound calls.

Schedule:

The typical hours support an 8.5 hour day Monday-Friday with shifts starting as early as 9am or as late as 12:30pm. We have a week of training that may have a start time of 8:30am. We have rotational Saturdays you would get a day off during the week and work 9am-5:30pm.
