Job Summary:

As a Night Manager at Golden Crust Pizza, you will be a key leader in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment during evening hours. With a strong background in managerial roles and a commitment to excellence, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the team's performance, maintaining high standards of customer service, and upholding Golden Crust’s brand image.

Responsibilities:

Supervise Evening Operations: Oversee the efficient functioning of the restaurant during night shifts, ensuring that all team members are performing their duties effectively.

Customer Service Management: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring exceptional service delivery. Handle customer escalations with tact and professionalism.

Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure timely completion.

Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels during night shifts. Communicate with the management regarding stock replenishment needs.

Maintain Standards: Ensure adherence to Golden Crust's operational standards, including food preparation, cleanliness, and safety protocols.

Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for night shift staff, focusing on product knowledge, customer service skills, and operational procedures.

Cash Handling: Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Conduct regular cash audits.

Facility Maintenance: Monitor and address any maintenance or cleanliness issues during the night shift. Coordinate with the cleaning staff as needed.

Security: Implement and enforce security protocols to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and team members.

Reporting: Provide regular reports to upper management regarding night shift performance, highlighting achievements and addressing challenges.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma: A minimum educational requirement.

Managerial Experience: Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in a similar setting.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Flexibility: Ability to work one weekend shift and other flexible hours as needed.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with both customers and team members.

Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations and resolve issues promptly.

Knowledge of Food Safety: Familiarity with food safety and sanitation principles.

Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend throughout a shift, as well as lift up to 40 pounds.

Punctuality: Strong commitment to punctuality and reliability.
