What You’ll Be Doing:
Data Management & Analysis: Use your Excel and Google Sheets skills to organize, track, and report data that supports our mission, ensuring accuracy and insight into key performance indicators.
Collaborative Sales Strategy: Partner with internal teams to craft and execute sales strategies that increase the value of donated vehicles and benefit charitable organizations.
Customer Relationship Building: Build strong, lasting relationships with purchasers and other key stakeholders, ensuring an exceptional customer experience every time.
Administrative Support: Open mail, sort documents, and maintain organized records that are crucial for smooth operations.
Problem Solving: Use your sharp analytical abilities to identify opportunities for improvement in processes, performance, and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring to the Table:
Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
At least 2 years of customer service experience is ideal.
A High School Diploma or GED.
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (don’t worry, we’ll help you refine your skills if needed).
Basic computer and typing skills are a must.
