Looking for a dispatcher for a busy fast growing towing company. Exel experienced preferred, must be capable of multitasking, answering multiple phone lines, good customer service, and works well with others.
Job responsibilities include:(not limited too)
Answering multiple lines at once
Speaking to customers
Billing Roadside Service calls
Billing customer tows on QuickBooks
Dispatching multiple customer tows
Organize incoming calls and drivers
This position requires someone who can work under pressure at times. We tow for local auto companies, local police departments, state police, and insurance roadsides including AAA. We are an emergency roadside service and we take pride at answering all calls with quick, professional response. We have multiple locations, this job requires great organizational skills.
