This position is at the Red Roof Plus in Mansfield, MA. The Front Desk Guest Service Representative is responsible for maintaining positive guest interactions while consistently and courteously responding to their needs, requests, necessary service transactions and tasks. This position is critical to ensure quality service to our guests and upholding our standards. I am looking for someone that not only can excel in a hotel environment but can also work independently. I am looking for someone who is flexible with hours on the weekends. Primarily I am looking to hire for the night auditor position which is 3rd shift (11PM to 7AM). The extra responsibilities during this shift would be running, printing, and analyzing financial paperwork for the day. Previous experience with customer service is recommended but not necessary.
