Studying architectural drawings and identifying our trades scope of work
For the specific scope of work items; Determine the breakdown for materials and required manufacturing labor hours.
Solicitation of vendor prices for the required materials, buyout items incorporated within millwork and installation labor.
Negotiating prices with vendors and subs
Soliciting subcontractor pricing as required
Attending scope review meetings by zoom or by in person visit (if the circumstances require that)
Solicitation of new business opportunities through current or new contacts
Completing schedules of values
Pricing change orders
Project “hand-off” meetings
Plan reviews
Collaboration for engineering (if required beyond the hand off meetings)
Weekly reporting for project estimate status
