Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Business Analyst in Providence, Rhode Island, United States. This role is pivotal in our Claims Replacement Project where you will be analyzing and enhancing essential business procedures.Responsibilities: Collaborate with varied teams to plan and implement process enhancement initiatives. Gather data and create maps of client journeys and internal procedures related to healthcare claims processing. Conduct analysis of operational performance metrics such as customer complaints, wait times, and cycle times. Identify and evaluate areas of concern within existing processes, including technology gaps, resource constraints, and data quality issues. Develop and document suggestions to address the identified areas of concern. Keep records of process and business architecture attributes, including networks, supporting vendors, and plan designs. Requirements Role: Business Analyst Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role Proficiency in CRM systems to manage customer relationships effectively Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis Understanding of Business Process Functions and ability to align business strategies with technology solutions Experience in creating and maintaining Business Requirement Documents to ensure project requirements are met Familiarity with Claim Administration processes and systems Strong skills in Data Analysis and interpreting complex data sets Proven experience in Process Improvement, identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions Experience with Data Visualization tools to present data in a comprehensible manner Skills in Process Mapping to visually represent business processes and workflows Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
